Who stoled the Lithuanian sausage from the fridge?
Well, that is gonna be a secret forever or at least for a while.
During a youth exchange all nations have the task to show others, how their countries look like. 3 days after Christmas was a nice idea to show how Christmas happens in our cultures. Snacks and dishes were presented by the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Hungary, Lithuania, Romania and Poland.
The Czechs brought us so many different kind of sweets, while the Polish team made us home-made specialities, for example potato pancake. Cypriots and Lithunians had the nicest cheeses ever. The Romanian sausage was spicy and more than delicious. Hungarians made Bejgli with walnut and poppyseed, xmas candy spread away.
Before the exchange we got the task from our national groupleaders to create handmade presents for someone, unknown. After the tiny presentations, finally the awaited Santa arrived. She gave us the gifts and everybody became delighted and satisfied.
